Real People Educating Others (RPEO) was founded with a commitment to initiating a collective youth development network that accepts the social responsibility of motivating and educating young adults in socioeconomically challenged, misdirected, and undeserved environments. RPEO accomplishes this by focusing on four core pillars — Mentorship, Education, Service and Extracurricular Activity. RPEO is committed to helping youth find purpose and direction in their lives through community events like 757 Community Give Back and Christmas Adopt a Family programs, which focus on family and that demonstrate the importance of giving. Through our Youth Enrichment Program and youth athletic camps, they provide mentorship that focuses on leadership, conflict resolution, character development and sportsmanship, preparing young people to become successful, well balanced and productive members of society.
