What Does Hero Mean?
This organization was founded by veterans for veterans who are passionate about helping active duty, veterans and veteran spouses transition into the civilian workforce. Hire Our Heroes goal is to help our nation’s heroes find a meaningful life and career outside of military service. Today, Hire Our Heroes has helped over 100,000 veterans with their platform to access training and locate positions directly focused on hiring vets. Tens of thousands of veterans and veteran spouses have signed up for our free online career skills training. This training is extensive and completely free and the certifications that accompany the training are paid for by Hire Our Heroes. These men and women gave up everything for our freedom. Now it is our turn to give back to them.
