COVID-19 Emergency Food Fund
The Wawa Foundation is committed to building stronger communities and we’re here to help with the COVID-19 Emergency Food Distribution Fund to provide local food banks or qualified 501(c)(3) non-profit organizations funds to distribute in communities to relieve hunger.

How to Apply:
Click direct link above or click “Apply for Support” on the homepage. Then, click “Begin the Submission Process” and select “Financial Support.” Finally, non-profits should include in their program ask that it is to support COVID-19 Emergency Food Distribution Fund. The Wawa Foundation is currently accepting applications until funds are completely distributed.
When will grants be issued?
The Wawa Foundation team will be reviewing requests quickly with approvals being communicated either through a call or via email. Submitting an application does not guarantee funding.
How much should I apply for?
With a goal of helping as many organizations as we can, we ask that you keep this in mind when submitting a request. Most grants range honored from $500 – $15,000.
What happens if our grant request gets approved?
You will be notified by email by a member of The Wawa Foundation with details about the donation, allocation and next steps.
